Payment

Kristi Rose accepts PayPal and credit card payments. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal.
All prices are in Australian dollars.

Shipping Policies

Currently we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand please email kristi@kristirose.com.au for international delivery options. For all shipping we use express post via Australia Post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.

Please note that orders placed on a weekday will normally be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Delivery within 10 business days for orders placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday – Friday (in-stock items only). Allow three additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and all pre-order items.

Shipping cost within Australia AUD $12.50 per order.

For all customer service or product enquiries please email kristi@kristirose.com.au. If for any reason your items purchases are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible of the delay in completing your order or you will receive an immediate refund.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kristi Rose we take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange.

Kristi Rose DOES NOT offer refunds, so please choose carefully.

Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 5 business days of receipt for items. Please note, items received outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. For all swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

All items are non-refundable. You can choose to exchange or receive a store credit note for your next purchase. This applies to both international and domestic orders.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

1 Email us at sales@kristirose.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order quoting your order number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or store credit note.

Please include all details of the item you wish to return including country location. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for store credit note.

2 Kristi Rose will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to place on your returns. Securely repackage your returning item in their original packaging.

For returns via mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe. Please post returns to;

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item for exchange or store credit.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Freight for items we exchange will be at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are non refundable.

Kristi Rose is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Reduced or sale items are not exchangeable for other items.

For Store Credit Note, you will be sent a Kristi Rose personalized credit note via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned. This does not expire but is not redeemable in cash.

Kristi Rose reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a store credit nor exchange granted.
